Growing up it was tradition to get a new dress for Easter Sunday. For years my grandmother designed dresses for the four girls, each in a variation of the other. As the youngest I got to wear all the dresses at some point, but the Easter dress was always new.
I still like to pick out something really special for Easter, and it’s the perfect time of the year to start wearing pastels and softer colors. In the South, we still see ladies wearing large hats to church on Easter as well. Even if you don’t don the hat, I love a patent shoe and colorful bag. Enjoy!
