Oh, Daylight Saving Time, how much do I love you?!  It’s such a great change to have that extra hour of sunlight in the evenings.  Among other things, it allows me to exercise outside after I get home from work.  As much as I love the gym and the fitness classes I do, a nice walk or light run in the evening can really invigorate the rest of the day and help me sleep better at night.

I’ve challenged myself this week to do something active every evening and take advantage of the light before the brutal summer heat of Texas kicks in (and sends me running back to the gym).  I’m doing great so far, and it’s given me reason to wear all the amazing workout fashions I’ve purchased over the past year!
